About The Role
We are looking for a trainee to contribute to strategic projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, innovation initiatives, and operational execution across various departments. The role is ideal for someone eager to learn about corporate strategy, innovation, and business development while gaining hands-on experience in high-impact initiatives.

Key Activities
• Assist in preparing materials for Board and Executive Committee meetings.
• Participate in cross-functional innovation projects, providing support to ensure alignment with organizational goals and emerging industry trends.
• Assist the M&A process, including DDs, financial analysis, and reports preparation. • Help gather data, perform competitive analysis, and support deal structuring.
• Work closely with finance, operations, marketing, and human resources teams to collect data and develop materials that align with company priorities.
• Conduct research and analysis of business metrics, including competition analysis and market dynamics while developing presentations and reports.
About You
We are looking for a motivated student currently completing the final year of a Bachelor's degree or pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. The ideal candidate has a strong academic foundation, analytical skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in corporate strategy, M&A, and innovation. With a proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn, they will support strategic projects, financial analysis, market research, and the preparation of executive-level presentations and reports. C1-level English proficiency is required, as the role involves working in an international business environment.
