We are looking for someone with treasury experience gained in industry, within a business with annual turnover of at least £100 million. A sound understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and treasury operations is essential, alongside the confidence to work independently and build relationships across finance teams.
A technical accountancy background would be particularly valuable. Experience within a Group function, working across multiple entities or currencies, or supporting systems implementation and process improvement would also be beneficial.
Alongside core treasury experience, candidates should demonstrate involvement in treasury systems, finance transformation or process improvement initiatives. Experience with factoring, Treasury Management Systems, ERP integration or automation would be particularly valuable; candidates do not need experience across all four areas. The ability to apply treasury knowledge to improve processes, strengthen reporting and support system adoption is key.
Strong Excel and analytical skills, a practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to help colleagues adopt new processes will be important. Above all, we are looking for someone who can take ownership and turn opportunities for improvement into lasting change.
