We are looking for a Commercial Account Executive to support our Senior Commercial Account Manager in driving revenue, profit, service and customer satisfaction for Marks & Spencer and Ocado.
This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role, working closely with customer Supply Demand Planning Managers and Buyers, while supporting the day-to-day commercial, pricing, promotions and reporting activities.
- Support the Senior Commercial Account Manager in managing M&S and Ocado accounts
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, integrity and ethical standards
- Manage product setup, NPD tracking and promotional data
- Prepare and load weekly pricing, ratecards and cost trackers
- Review daily orders, manage stock positions and liaise with planners, buyers and SDP teams
- Maintain promotional calendars and upload activity to Ocado systems
- Produce weekly sales, volume and performance reports
- Analyse availability, service levels, promotions and customer feedback
