Consignment Administrator

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Consignment Analyst to join our busy procurement team. You’ll play a key role in managing fruit consignments from arrival through to supplier payment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth operations. You will have strong administration skills and work with a high level of accuracy and detail.

Working Monday - Friday, you will:

• Maintain intake trackers for all arrivals.
• Close consignments internally, including clearance costs and duty.
• Send returns to suppliers to ensure prompt payment.
• Liaise with buying managers and finance to maximise timely supplier payments.
• Update fruit pricing in the system upon arrival.
• Maintain procurement KPIs to track performance and profitability.

• Strong administration skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong numeracy and excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems (D365 ideally)
• FMCG experience is an advantage
