Production Line Leader - Day Shift

• Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off – (07:00 – 19:30)
• Hourly Rate: £13.70 (paid weekly)

This is a permanent, weekly-paid position providing consistent work, reliable hours, and long-term growth opportunities within a thriving business.

• Lead an motivate your team to ensure smooth production line performance.
• Oversee our production lines and suggest improvements to increase effciency.
• Monitor and record KPI performance through regular admin work.
• Report stock discrepancies and issues promptly to you manager.
• Make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment. 
• Complete all required paperwork and admin tasks before the end of each shift.
