About The Role
We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in a permanent, full-time role. This role will have ownership of all weekly-paid recruitment in our Operational areas for our modern Alconbury Weald site.

This is a Monday to Friday role based mainly at our Alconbury site, with the opportunity to work from our Peterborough site one day per week and from home one day per week.
Working closely with hiring managers, the Recruitment Coordinator manages vacancies from attraction through to offer and onboarding. The role involves deciding when and how to advertise, building candidate pipelines and finding effective ways to reach potential applicants.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing weekly paid vacancies and keeping candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process.

Choosing the right advertising approach for each vacancy, writing adverts, reviewing applications and screening candidates.

Arranging interviews and assessment centres, then coordinating offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding.

Sharing recruitment progress and challenges through regular meetings and email updates, using data to highlight where action is needed.

Keeping recruitment records accurate and up to date.

Contributing ideas and content to employer branding and recruitment social media activity.

Helping improve how we attract, assess and welcome new colleagues
About You
Experience in high volume recruitment, either in an agency or an in-house team, would be valuable. Equally, this could suit someone who is highly organised, enjoys speaking to people and wants to build a career in recruitment.

Strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities are essential. The ability to give clear updates, spot problems early and work with others to resolve them is particularly important.

This role offers ownership of recruitment at Alconbury, support from an experienced Talent Acquisition team and opportunities to develop within recruitment.
