Warehouse Operative - Day Shift

About The Role
We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our Alconbury Weald site (PE28 4WY). This is a full-time and permanent position, offering consistent and reliable hours.
- Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (07:00 – 19:00)
- Hourly Rate: £13.40 (paid weekly)
This is a permanent, weekly-paid position providing consistent work, reliable hours, and long-term growth opportunities within a thriving business.

Life as an AMFRESH Warehouse Operative:
- You will pick, scan, and label customer orders.
- You will be trained to use a PPT to move pallets.
- You will check and maintain pallets daily.
- You will label stock correctly and place pallets in the right location.
- You will move pallets safely in and out of the warehouse.
- You will lift up to 15kg and follow manual handling procedures.
- You will meet hourly picking targets once trained.
- You will maintain and inspect MHE equipment and report issues.
About You
To be a successful Warehouse Operative, the qualities we are looking for are:
Experience in warehouse environments.

Great attention to detail.

Organised and good communicator.

Able to work independently.
