Commercial Finance Business Partner

Join the fresh produce industry, working directly with Marks & Spencer to drive performance, insight, and strategic growth. This is the perfect next move for a qualified CIMA or ACCA analyst ready to step into a true business partnering role, or someone in a similar role looking for major retailer exposure and a new challenge.

As Commercial Finance Business Partner, you’ll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, costing assumptions, and performance analysis, providing commercial insight that shapes key decisions. You’ll regularly present financial performance and recommendations to both our Senior Leadership Team, influencing outcomes at the highest level.

You’ll bring proven experience in data modelling, technical accounting, and advanced Excel capability, with the confidence to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight.

We’re also moving towards full utilisation of Microsoft D365, so an enthusiasm for systems and process improvement will be key.

• Experience working as a Commercial Finance Analyst / Business Partner
• CIMA / ACCA qualified
• Strong Excel, data modelling and technical accounting knowledge and skills
