We’re looking for a dynamic, driven Commercial Account Manager to be a strategic powerhouse for our Citrus & Grape commercial activities in the UK. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our Account Director to directly impact our growth and play a pivotal role in delivering fresh, healthy products to our key retail partner in the UK. You’ll work closely with all teams, both locally and internationally, crafting winning strategies, managing our strategic retail partner, and driving innovation at every turn.

- Strategy and Innovation: Lead in the development and execution of bold strategies that bring our freshest products to market. Drive new product development (NPD), boost supply chain efficiency, and keep AM Fresh at the forefront of the citrus and grape categories.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management: Forge strong, collaborative relationships with our key retail partner and stakeholders, becoming their go-to partner for everything fresh. Represent AM Fresh at the highest level to keep us as the trusted industry leader.
- Sales and Market Insight: Stay ahead of the curve! Forecast sales trends, manage budgets, and provide market insights that will steer our growth. You’ll be advising various teams across the business and aligning resources to stay ahead in a fast-evolving market..
- Driving Results: You’ll be accountable for KPIs across sales, margin, and service. Regularly review and adapt strategies to ensure we’re consistently meeting and exceeding customer and business targets.
